What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.

Cookies we use

Session cookie

Set by Auth0 to maintain your authenticated session in the client portal. Required for login to function. Expires when you close your browser or log out.

Necessary

CSRF token

A short-lived security token used to protect form submissions from cross-site request forgery attacks. Not used for tracking. Expires with the session.

Necessary

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-respecting tool that does not set persistent cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not fingerprint your device. No personal data is collected.

Optional

What we do not use

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Third-party social media tracking pixels
  • Cross-site behavioural tracking
  • Device fingerprinting

Managing cookies

Necessary cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the portal login. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time — refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions.

Blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from accessing the client portal. Public pages of this site function without any cookies.
